Japanese artist Shiro Utafusa always delivers optimistic and humanistic messages by his “Curly Hair Boys” series. Several impacts from the COVID-19 Pandemic since 2020 have been causing widespread suffering. As a sign of hope and love, 13 curly hair boys grew a field of sunflowers to comfort every broken soul. Although virus obstructs us to meet our loved one, we keep hope and love always, and one day we will defeat virus for our beloved family and friends.
Hope From Japan is one of 13 Kurukuruatama series. The artist will only create 13 pieces that 13 Kurukuruatama boys altogether and each painting has a different scheme.
